With the development of LED lamps,green and high efficiency has become the primary technical index of LED products.It has become an inevitable trend to use modern electronic technology to design more efficient and economical LED products.The existing multi-layer signal lamp has complex structure,too many manual solder joints,complex assembly process,high labor cost and different structure of LED lamp group boards in each layer.Many PCB boards are needed in assembly,which causes problems such as overstocking and slow manufacturing efficiency.In order to get a good driving effect,a voltage source is used to drive the low power signal lamp,and the approximate constant current is obtained after passing through a large current limiting resistor,In order to get a good driving effect,a voltage source is used to drive the low power signal lamp,and the approximate constant current is obtained after passing through a large current limiting resistor,However,the power loss of the current limiting resistor is large.When driving the high-power lamp group,three independent constant current sources are use d to drive the lamp group.This method has good constant current characteristics,but the circuit structure is complex and the volume is large,which is not conducive to the miniaturization of the product.In view of the above problems,a multi-layer signal lamp with single line series constant current mode is designed.Firstly,a new multi-layer signal lamp structure is proposed.The lamp group uses a single wire series structure mode,and then uses the middle conductor fixed rod as a wire to provide driving current.The multi-layer signal lamp with this structure has simple structure,less manual solder joints,and the structure of five layer LED lamp group and control board is the same,only one kind of PCB board is needed.Secondly,the LED light group controller is designed,including three state switch,low power low dropout regulator and current mode signal detector circuit.The three state switch provides three states to control the light on and off of the LED light group.When it is in the voltage steady state,the control board of the light group charges itself to solve the problem that the MCU can not obtain the working voltage when the switch is saturated.The low-power low-voltage differential voltage regulator stabilizes the voltage at both ends of the three state switch and supplies it to the MCU.The current type signal detector detects the communication signal and transmits it to the MCU to control the state of the corresponding lamp group.Finally,UC3843 chip is used as the controller to design a wide voltage range of constant current source.The constant current source can be used to drive the five layer LED lights,and the MCU is used to control the constant current source to send communication signals.This kind of constant current source circuit is simple,stable and easy to miniaturize.It can be used in low power and high power products to realize the simplification of products.It can be seen from the experiment that each part of the circuit in the lamp group controller works well and can stably control the LED lamp group state.The constant current source can provide stable constant current and communication signals,and the communication between the lamp group and the constant current source is stable.The multi-layer signal lamp with single line series constant current mode has the advantages of not complicated constitution,easy to assemble,fewer manual welding spots,low production cost,and can improve the production efficiency.It has a certain reality importance and the design of multi-layer signal lamp can consult this kind of this multi-layer signal lamp.
