With the development of modern communication technology,multifunctional,integrated and miniaturized microwave devices such as filter power dividers have higher application value.Integrated substrate gap waveguide(ISGW)has the characteristics of low loss and self-packaged,which provides new ideas and approaches for the design of5G millimeter wave filtering power dividers(FPD).Based on the ISGW,this paper studies and designs the FPD from different methods and filter theories.The main work is as follows:(1)A stepped impedance wideband FPD based on ISGW is proposed.The overall circuit of the FPD is a cascade connection of a filter circuit composed of three stepped impedance resonators and a Y-type power divider circuit.The parameters and analysis are solved based on the circuit,and compare the analysis with other FPDs.The center frequency(f0)of the FPD is 26.5GHz,the passband is 23.7GHz-29.2GHz,the fractional bandwidth(FBW)is 20.75%,and the FPD has four transmission zeros(TZs).The inserted loss(IL)is less than 0.7d B,the isolation is greater than 18.5d B.The amplitude and phase differences are less than 0.1d B and 0.1deg.Based on the experimental results,the ISGW FPD is processed and tested,and analyze the reasons for the errors in the test and simulation results.Then,based on the design and analysis method of the FPD,the device size is optimized.Finally,a four-way FPD is further designed.(2)Two parallel coupling bandpass FPD based on ISGW are proposed.First,the ISGW parallel coupling type I FPD is designed.Due to the poor isolation performance between the two ports,the ISGW parallel coupling type II FPD is designed,to improve the isolation performance of the FPD.Type I FPD uses parallel coupled transmission lines to form a filter circuit.At the same time,the parallel coupled resonant structure replaces the quarter-wavelength matching branch of the traditional power divider.The f0 of the Type I FPD is 26.5GHz,the passband is 25.6GHz-28GHz.The out-of-band rejection is higher than 30d B.The FPD has four TZs,the IL is less than 0.7d B,the isolation is 13.5d B,the amplitude and phase differences are less than 0.7d B and 4deg.The circuit of the type II FPD is formed by cascading the T-type power divider circuit and the parallel coupling resonant filter circuit.The f0 of the type?FPD is 26.5GHz,and the passband is 26.1GHz-27.1GHz.The out-of-band rejection is higher than 25d B.The FPD has four TZs,the IL is 1.2d B,the isolation is 21d B,the amplitude and phase differences are less than 1d B and2deg.Finally,a comparative analysis and summary of the two FPDs with other documents show the superiority of the FPDs proposed in this article..
