With the development and maturity of e-commerce industry,as well as the improvement of online shopping base,the growth rate of logistics and express delivery industry has slowed down,and its income and profit have declined,and the competition among logistics supply chain enterprises has become more intense.In order to enhance the competitiveness of logistics supply chain enterprises,this paper studies the location and path planning of logistics distribution center.Firstly,this paper reviews the current research progress of supply chain location and path planning,summarizes its research value and development trend,as well as the shortcomings of the current research.On this basis,this paper puts forward the problem of location and path planning of multi-level logistics distribution center considering carbon emissions and uncertain demand.The uncertainty of customer demand has brought severe challenges to the supply chain network design.This paper constructs the model of supply chain location and path planning under the condition of definite demand and considering carbon emission and uncertain demand.In the second model,the strategy of ordering in advance is adopted to provide more scheduling time for the supply chain.In order to solve the above problems,two improved particle swarm optimization algorithms are proposed in this paper.One is an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm which integrates adaptive inertia weight,reverse learning,particle swarm optimization algorithm based on bacterial chemotaxis,the other is improved particle swarm optimization algorithm by using new learning strategy for elite particles in quantum particle swarm optimization algorithm,and uses international common test function The results show that the improved quantum particle swarm optimization algorithm has higher accuracy and better stability in complex combinatorial optimization problems.Finally,the two problems are simulated and analyzed respectively,and the impact on the distribution center location and path planning is analyzed from the perspective of carbon emissions and uncertain demand.The analysis shows that the impact of carbon emissions on the location scheme is small,and with the increase of uncertain demand threshold,the operation cost of the supply chain also increases;and according to the analysis results,it provides reference suggestions for the construction of logistics supply chain in actual production.
