According to the layout of the digital economy in the 14th Five-Year Plan,Chinese manufacturing companies should seize strategic opportunities,thoroughly implement national policies and guidelines,and enhance economic development vitality and forward momentum through digital transformation.With the continuous penetration of digital information technology into the production of enterprises,the production mode and innovation mode of enterprises are also undergoing continuous changes.The construction of digital value network makes the enterprise no longer an independent individual,but a powerful and abundant resource.On the whole,the co-creation and sharing of each subject and the complementary advantages have not only brought innovation power and resources to large enterprises,but also provided many small and medium-sized enterprises with more development opportunities.This article first introduces the research situation and connotation of digital economy,value network and value creation.Through the study of a large number of documents,the constituent elements and expression models of value network are sorted and summarized.Secondly,combined with the characteristics of digitization,the evolution mechanism of the value network is analyzed from the three driving factors of data,information,and knowledge,and the development trend of the value network is summarized,and a digital value network model is constructed.The four aspects of information resource sharing,user experience orientation and enterprise relationship optimization introduce the influence path of digital value network on enterprise value creation ability.Taking the Xiaomi enterprise as a case,it analyzes the development history of Xiaomi and the layout of its value network,and divides the evolution of its value network into three stages:market exploration,expansion and renewal,and transformation deepening.Through the three stages of Xiaomi's business strategy The analysis and summary of each stage summarizes the characteristics of the value network at each stage.Finally,based on Xiaomi's financial data and development,this article explains the impact of Xiaomi's value network on its value creation ability from 8 dimensions of financial driving factors and non-financial driving factors,and concludes that in the continuous evolution of the value network,These factors are also influencing and promoting each other,which is a virtuous cycle.Through the above research,this article summarizes the universal experience of building a digital value network based on Xiaomi's successful cases,which has a positive guiding role in the digital transformation of similar enterprises.The conclusions of this article are as follows:First,the value network of the enterprise is in the process of continuous dynamic evolution,and the enterprise needs to constantly update the value network model.Second,the digital economy promotes the renewal and restoration of the value network,and optimizes the cooperation mode of enterprises in the value network.Third,the digital value network improves the value creation ability of enterprises and forms a virtuous circle process.Therefore,in the process of development,transformation and upgrading,an enterprise must continuously optimize its value network,and make itself in the core position of the value network by improving its competitive advantage.
