Industrial competition plays an important role in the national Comprehensive National Power competition.As the “Eyes and ears”,“Vanguard”and “Advisers”of industrial development,the role of industrial competitive intelligence is becoming increasingly prominent.The increasing industrial competition has stimulated the demand for industrial competitive intelligence in all walks of life,and many disadvantages of traditional industrial competitive intelligence service have become unavoidable pain points.Although industrial competitive intelligence is based on the middle level of industry,it connects the national macro-level and enterprise micro-level as the core hub,involving multi-domain data,information and intelligence.Industrial competitive intelligence takes industry-related data as raw material,and data processing is always one of the emphases in intelligence work.The era of big data has come,multi-source,heterogeneous,cross-domain massive data resources to the data processing industry has brought no small impact.At the same time,the rapid development of the Internet,cloud technology and artificial intelligence technology has not only provided more technical means for data intelligence processing and services,also let the intelligence user have more urgent expectation to the smart and intellectualized intelligence service.Therefore,the construction of smart service of industrial competitive intelligence is just in time.Based on the theories of multi-source data,competitive intelligence and activity,this paper uses the methods of literature analysis and questionnaire survey,this paper studies the realization model and smart service mode of industrial competitive intelligence under the background of multi-source data.First of all,this paper explains the connotation and characteristics of smart service of industrial competitive intelligence under the background of multi-source data,and investigates the demand of smart service of industrial competitive intelligence.Then,it clarifies the idea and inner mechanism of the smart service realization model of industrial competitive intelligence under the background of multi-source data,and analyzes the three-layer fusion process of multi-source data: bottom fusion,middle fusion and high fusion,and construct the overall realization model.Furthermore,the introduction of activity theory as an analytical framework,this paper makes a detailed analysis on the specific contents,tasks and systematic cooperation among the six operational elements of subject,object,community,tool,rule and division of Labor in the smart service mode of industrial competitive intelligence under the background of multi-source data.And the paper introduces the realization path from four aspects: Policy Planning Orientation,Data Resource Guarantee,intelligence and information technology support and intelligence personnel training.Finally,taking China National Chemical Information Center as an example,the paper analyzes its competitive intelligence smart service platform.From the perspective of multi-source data,this paper takes multi-source data fusion as the key link of the coupling of data resources and smart service of industrial competitive intelligence,this paper probes into the realization model,service mode and realization path of the smart service of industrial competitive intelligence,which enriches the research results of the industrial competitive intelligence service under the background of multi-source data.At the same time,the introduction of activity theory as a new theoretical framework for the smart service of industrial competitive intelligence,provides a new research idea for the theoretical and practical research in the field of competitive intelligence.
