With the rapid development of information technology,autostereoscopic display technology based on spatial light modulator has become a promising research direction in stereoscopic display technology because of its advantages of full resolution,supporting 2D/3D switching and high viewing freedom.It has great application value in education,medical treatment,entertainment,digital media and other fields.This paper mainly uses liquid crystal panel,LED backlight and linear Fresnel lens to design and build a human eye tracking autostereoscopic display system based on liquid crystal spatial light modulator.Firstly,the optical design scheme is determined according to the principle of stereoscopic display,and the mathematical models of the spatial coordinates and viewing area coordinates of the liquid crystal spatial light modulator are established.Based on this model,the experimental system is built by using LCD panel,LED and other components with appropriate parameters.Secondly,the simulation model of the system is established by using Zemax to analyze the causes of uneven backlight in the experimental system.Meanwhile,the parameters of backlight unit array are optimized to effectively improve the backlight effect of the system.In order to achieve the viewing effect of dynamic tracking,this paper starts from the principle of human eye location,optimizes the face detection and feature recognition technology,so that the stereo effect of the system can be dynamically output at 30HzFinally,in order to solve the most important synchronization problem in autostereoscopic display based on the principle of time-multiplexed,we design and implements a synchronization control module based on FPGA,obtains the synchronization signals through synchronization signal acquisition circuit,drives LEDs and the LCD panel which display the LC-SLM into synchronous control.The crosstalk degree of this system in the center of any viewing zone is less than 10%,and it has a good stereoscopic display effect.
