Driven by the "Made in China 2025" strategic plan issued by the state,the construction of digital factories has become an industry trend.my country's manufacturing industry is developing towards informatization and intelligence.Small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises need to keep up with the trend of changes in production methods in time.Further promote the informatization of the production process.Based on the current production status and transformation and upgrading needs of domestic manufacturing enterprises,this paper aims to realize the real-time collection,reasonable storage and effective utilization of production and processing data in the workshop,and conducts research on the key technologies of data collection and management systems based on distributed database technology.The research work is as follows:Through the analysis of the production status of typical manufacturing enterprises and the needs of enterprise information management,the overall design plan of data collection and management system is proposed.It deeply analyzes the key technologies involved in the overall design scheme from three aspects: hardware system module,database storage module and client software module.The design of the hardware system is completed,which mainly involves the research work of two parts: the overall architecture of the sensor network and the physical node of a single sensor.In the overall architecture,a simplified clustering sensor network architecture is designed;on a single physical sensor node,planning and design are carried out from several aspects such as data collection,data processing,communication,power supply,and software control.By analyzing the current data collection status of manufacturing enterprises and their requirements for data management,a distributed database storage scheme was designed.Combining the characteristics of the large number of on-site data collection equipment of the enterprise,the variety of types,and the scattered layout,the distributed database was built in a targeted manner,and the data fragmentation planning was carried out on the detection data of the workpieces in the database,production equipment,and production progress.The full data query and conditional join query schemes after data fragmentation are studied,and the feasibility of the proposed data fragmentation and join query schemes after fragmentation is verified through experiments.Use C# software to complete the development of the client software.Based on the establishment of a distributed database,the design and development of programs with functions such as processing equipment information query,product data query,and production schedule query have been completed,and the overall management of workshop production and processing data has been realized.
