The Design And Implementation Of The Village And Town Financial Management Cloud Platform

With the gradual advancement of rural vitalization strategy,rural economic development and financial management issues have become increasingly significant.And the constant improvement of Internet and mobile Internet infrastructures are also actively promoting the transformation of rural financial management.However,the financial management has not yet entered the informatization stage and still remains at a low level in remote villages and towns with undeveloped collective economy,which may lead to many problems such as opaque and chaotic accounts,irregular financial processing procedures,illegal occupation of funds and lack of financial supervision.Although there exist a variety of financial software for villages and towns on the market,these villages and towns can hardly bear the high cost of informatization due to the almost empty collective economic income.The existing software for villages and towns also expose many shortcomings,for instance,redundant functions,complicated operation,unfriendly interfaces and backward technologies.Therefore,the article researches and develops a piece of Saa S based rural financial management software that is low-cost,user-friendly,simple to use,and technologically advanced,which is necessary for comprehensively speeding up the informatization and modernization of the financial management in economically underdeveloped villages and towns of remote areas.The article first analyzes the financial management mode of villages and towns,sorts out the financial processing process of villages and towns,then utilizes the object-oriented demand analysis method such as use case diagram,on the basis of fully investigating the financial management needs of remote villages and towns,to design and implement a village and town financial management system with separation of front and back ends.The front end of the system uses the Element UI component library based on Vue,and the back end uses Django REST Framework to build the system.The front end and the back end are completely decoupled to achieve parallel development,which greatly improves the development efficiency and reduces development costs.The database utilizes the open source and free Maria DB that adopts Redis to cache API.The main functions of the financial management system for villages and towns are as follows:(1)The background management module includes township and village management,authority management,role management,user management,log management and so on.(2)The accountant contains voucher entry,management of account set,management of auxiliary accounting,subjects deletion,addition of subjects,trial balance function,carryover profit and loss function,account book management,report management and so on.(3)The village director comprises check vouchers,audit vouchers,check books,check statements and so on.(4)The cashier consists of view of voucher,input bank accounts,input the cash receipts journal,selection of the account set and so on.(5)The villagers includes view of the voucher,view of the books,view of the statements,selection of the account set and so on.The village and town financial management system completed in the article is deployed on the cloud with simple operation,good interactivity,high scalability and convenient maintenance.To exploit the whole functions of the system,the users only pay a very low annual service fee instead of paying the high software purchase fee.Moreover,the system has prominent social significance to standardize the financial management system of villages and towns in remote areas where the collective economy is underdeveloped,optimize public financial management,promote the process of building a new socialist countryside,and boost the steady implementation of rural vitalization strategy.
