Research On The Information Service Of The Archives Website Of The Russian Federation

With the rapid development and widespread use of the Internet in the world,people’s demand for information has changed,and the ways and means of obtaining information have also changed.Facing the progress and development of society,archives departments of various countries have put archive information on the Internet one after another.my country’s archives use archive websites to provide archive information services to the public.Although they have made some achievements,there are still shortcomings.Russia has always been a country that attaches importance to archive collection and preservation since ancient times,and its archives industry has a long history of development.In recent years,with the in-depth cooperation between China and Russia in political,economic,military,trade and other fields,as well as the promotion of the "Belt and Road" initiative,scholars from the two countries have continuously deepened their research in various fields.As a student majoring in archives,he conducts research on the information services of the archives website of the Russian Federation from the perspective of archival research.This can not only learn from each other’s strengths,learn from the experience of other countries,continue to improve itself,and continuously promote the rapid development of my country’s archival website information service business.This article first starts with the development process and types of archives websites in the Russian Federation,and specifically elaborates the historical evolution from the beginning to the development and finally to maturity.At the same time,it introduces in detail the different types of archives websites in Russia: Federal Archives Website,Federal Main Archives Website,Municipal Archives website and other types of archives websites,and some are listed.Secondly,through online visits to the archives websites of the Russian Federation,30 archives websites were finally selected,and their archives information service status quo was investigated and analyzed,mainly including service content,service methods,service effects,etc,and then summarized the characteristics of the service.The content is manifested as a reasonable layout of web pages,rich information service content,and a high degree of integration of archive information resources.In terms of service methods,it is manifested as diversification,humanization,intelligence,and modernization.Finally,it puts forward the corresponding enlightenment and suggestions for the information services of archives websites in our country from four levels of system specification,resource construction,technology application and service.Based on the research on the information services of archives websites in the Russian Federation,this article aims to provide new thinking on the information services of archives websites in our country,so that people can pay more attention to this field and provide references for subsequent research.
