Aiming at the problem that monitoring mechanism of intelligent valve control system on industrial control site needs to be improved,and following development trend of network and intelligence,this paper has developed a set of state monitoring and network alarm system for intelligent electric actuators.This system used cloud service technology to complete functional design of data transmission,data storage,and data analysis of monitoring system,including design of data acquisition circuit of lower computer,construction of data transmission network and construction of cloud server,implementation of monitoring interface of upper computer,and design of data analysis algorithm.This system takes intelligent electric actuator produced by Tianjin Aomei Automation System Co.,Ltd.as research object,and independently develops data transmission module.Through LoRa technology,valve position status data,actuator alarm data and other information are transmitted through star network,and data transmission module is designed with a GPS module to meet needs of device location information in special scenarios.In order to meet continuous monitoring needs of equipment,and at the same time complete data processing between lower computer and upper computer,cloud server is used as system data calculation and storage carrier.This article introduces design process and cooperation relationship of MQTT protocol server,Web server,storage service and other unit modules in cloud server.When programming Web server,it uses Python language to write based on Flask framework.Realize low-latency,high-concurrency,full-duplex transmission of data.Due to numerous causes of failure of valve control system,it is necessary to analyze and integrate alarm information,and a reasonable analysis result will be able to play a positive early warning role for system failure.In this paper,K-means clustering algorithm is used to perform cluster analysis on monitoring data collected from field devices,and Apriori correlation algorithm is used to evaluate strength and weakness of state parameters.When a certain failure occurs in equipment,an early warning can be issued to the host computer according to correlation between failure information.In actual use process,intelligent valve-controlled cloud monitoring system developed in this paper can effectively transfer data of lower-level computer to cloud server,and realize functions of dynamic interface display,data storage,and data analysis.The industry's realization of Industrial Internet of Things plays a positive role and can effectively improve technological competitiveness of enterprises.
