Digital Library has become the library’s development direction under the rapid development of society. With the development of digital libraries, data warehouse, data mining techniques are facing with broad prospects for application. But the research on library with data warehousing and data mining technology is infancy due to historical reasons. So library has not been reflected in many of the advantages. Analysis of the association rules occupies a major position in data mining technology. Its main purpose is to focus on large-scale data found hidden, interesting and property between the law.Analyzed the shortage of the algorithm Apriori and how to improve the effectiveness of the algorithm Apriori, then we propose an improved Apriori algorithm using the insufficient and defect of the Apriori algorithm. The algorithm is based on the theory of relational algebra logic delete and insert flag bits do in which to reduce the database scan. We compare the two algorithms through experiment. Then respectively introduces the network topology and system structure of the books management system management system by Hunan university books management system management system. Analysis how to build a data warehouse of books management system management system is studied. Reader data is a response of the demand of readers.
