Software Design Of Gear Measurement Center Control System Based On SoC

SoC is an integrated chip that integrates HPS(Hard Processor System)and FPGA on a single chip.It is used as a gear measurement center control system and can take on part of the computer's functions.The HPS processor inside the SoC control system is equivalent to a microcomputer with control capabilities to control the underlying hardware.The SoC control system uses the strong control capabilities of HPS,the high-speed AXI bus inside the SoC and the streamlined and efficient Linux operating system to enhance the independent processing and high-speed data acquisition capabilities of the gear measurement center control system,in order to further expand the gear measurement center functions and improve measurement efficiency And lay the foundation for measurement accuracy.SoC-based CNC gear measuring center control system software development is focused on in this article.First,the functions of the upper and lower computers are divided according to the measurement requirements.The computer,as the upper computer,is mainly used to complete the calculation of the measured trajectory theoretical model related to the measurement object through the human-computer interaction interface.Reflect the relationship between the user and the measurement software,and realize the functions of workpiece measurement parameter setting and result output;the embedded system inside the SoC is used as the lower computer to complete the underlying software development,and the main functions include the control software functions related to the hardware control.This paper uses the Linux driver method to complete the reading and writing of each module register on the FPGA side by the HPS inside the SoC.In the embedded system,the application-oriented control module software such as point control,collision detection,linear scan control and sequence control is designed for measurement tasks.And hardware-oriented control module software designed for the hardware functions of each module,such as switching,motor drive,grating data acquisition and probe data acquisition.Through online debugging,it is verified that the gear measurement center software designed in this paper based on the SoC control system can meet the requirements of use.
