| With the rapid development of China’s economy,electronic publications produced under the new era of information technology are constantly impacting the position of the book publishing industry.Facing the arrival of new things,publishing enterprises need to build core competitiveness.Among them,management personnel are required to timely reform and innovate the company’s technology,production capacity and operation mode.The management style of the senior management affects the profitability of the enterprise to a great extent.Every decision of the senior management is related to the future fate of the enterprise and affects the financial performance of the enterprise.Executives play an important role in the enterprise,which is one of the most important parts in the process of enterprise development.The compensation system is one of the important factors that affect the performance of the senior executives,and the treatment of the senior executives is also regarded as the reflection of the operation of the enterprise.The executive compensation is an important factor affecting the profitability of the enterprise.The executive compensation is changing constantly,whether from the type or the structure.Therefore,this paper studies the influence of executive compensation on financial performance of Listed Companies in publishing industry.Taking A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen as samples,the relevant data that meet certain conditions are selected in the national Tai’an database.By using descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis and empirical research,the paper respectively selects monetary compensation,shareholding ratio and on-the-job analysis The paper explores the relationship between executive compensation and financial performance of publishing listed companies in three aspects,and puts forward suggestions for its long-term development in light of the actual operation of the publishing listed companies in China. |
