Memristor is the fourth fundamental circuit element after resistor,capacitor and inductor,which represents the relationship between charge and flux.In recent years,researchers have established a quantity of Verilog-A models of integer-order memristor and studied the related applications of integer-order memristor models in circuits.However,the research on Verilog-A model of fractional-order memristor and its application is still less.In this thesis,a Verilog-A model of fractional-order memristor is proposed based on the in-depth study of the mathematical model of fractional-order memristor,and its related characteristics are analyzed.The correctness of the model is verified by simulation experiments.The law of the influence of the fractional order and the control parameters of window function on the electrical characteristics of the memristor is summarized,and this model is applied to the pulse width modulation(PWM)circuit,the duty cycle of the PWM circuit is adjusted by changing the fractional order.On this basis,this thesis also designs a neural synaptic circuit based on fractional-order memristor,verifies the correctness of the circuit from circuit simulation and theoretical calculation,and summarizes the law of the influence of the fractional order on the synaptic weight of the neural synaptic circuit.The experimental results show that the synaptic weight of the neural synaptic circuit can be changed by changing the fractional order.Meanwhile,based on the proposed neural synaptic circuit,this thesis gives the hardware implementation scheme of neural network based on fractional-order memristor,and builds a three-layer neural network circuit for pattern classification application,which has a certain guiding significance for the application of fractional-order memristor in hardware implementation of neural network.
