The concept of fractional-order memristor(FOMR)is from fractional generalized memristor(MR).In recent years,researchers have confirmed the fractional-order memristor model,and analysesed the response characteristics of it under different types of excitation signals.The fractional-order memristor model not only is more accurate,but also can increase the degree of model freedom.In result,it can bring great significance in research and application.In the paper,we present a memristor model with nonlinear drift function.The mathematical and circuit simulations confirme the correctness of the model,and prove that the model can adjust hysteresis loop area without changing the frequency of the pumping signal.In addition,a fractional-order memristor model with nonlinear drift function is put forward.The mathematical and circuit simulations show that the model can simulate fractional-order memristor characteristics well,and then the effets of model characteristics by the order of fractional-order calculus and the parameter of drift function are analyzed.Furthermore,a simple application of the fractional-order memristor model is presented in the paper.Besides,we construct fractional-order memcapacitor(FOMC)and fractional-order meminductor(FOMI)by using linear transformation circuits after researching the conversion conditions between FOMR,FOMC and FOMI.Moreover,the correctness of the models is confirmed by simulation experiments,and the effects on model characteristics under each model parameter is analyzed.
