With the development of the Internet in my country,more and more people use various devices to obtain various digital works from the Internet.What followed was a series of copyright protection issues.Many pirates illegally used other people's works to make profits,causing digital content authors and distributors to bear huge losses,harming the interests of genuine users,and detrimental to the development of the cultural market.Traditional domestic and foreign copyright protection systems have complicated operating procedures and require full networking.The software is inconvenient to use and requires special software.The technology lacks innovation and security,and the system is easily cracked.Digital watermarking technology has good security,robustness and invisibility,and the use and distribution of the work will not be affected after the work is embedded in the watermark.However,this technology has not been widely used in copyright protection.One of the important reasons is the lack of intelligent systems that can be conveniently used by a wide range of creators.Based on the B/S model,this paper develops a system that combines copyright protection and digital content resource registration.The background and main contributions of this article are as follows:Design and implement a multi-role,multi-functional intelligent service system for creators of digital works.The user can register the metadata of the registered work,and use the copyright identification loading tool and the unique copyright identification automatically generated by the system to generate an identification file.When an infringing work is found,the user only needs to upload the infringing work to the system and judge the infringement according to the copyright identification information fed back by the system,thereby realizing the protection of the copyright.Therefore,the system was developed according to actual functional requirements,and realized the organic combination of intelligent system and copyright protection.After testing and using,the use of the system is simple and easy to use for ordinary users,auditors and administrators.In the process of loading the copyright logo,users can use the copyright loading tool to locally load it offline,and there is no need to upload the work to the system server,which eliminates the risk of work leakage.However,loading the copyright logo will not cause any impact on the use and viewing of the work,and has good resistance to attack.When infringing works are found,only the infringing works need to be uploaded to obtain evidence of rights protection.In summary,the system combines work registration and copyright protection.It is convenient to use,covers a wide range of people,and can well protect the interests of creators.
