After entering this century,the research of sensors has new characteristics,and traditional sensors have begun to realize digitization and intelligence.Based on over-sampling and fast processing technology,this paper studies the design and implementation of the sensor system platform,and analyzes the basic performance of the sensor system platform itself.On this basis,this article analyzes the relevant technical indicators of the intelligent weighing system and verifies the actual application effect of the sensor system platform.This paper proposes a digital module design scheme based on over-sampling,ratio measurement and full-bridge chopping technology,and completes the design of the printed circuit board to achieve high-precision signal conditioning and data acquisition.In addition to the power supply,the digital module mainly includes a full-bridge chopper module,a signal conditioning module,and an analog-to-digital conversion module.In order to realize the data buffer between the digital module and the embedded microcontroller,this paper studies the design of FPGA-based data buffer logic,and completes the RTL design and behavior-level simulation work.The design of its SPI interface is completed according to actual needs,which saves logic resources while meeting the communication requirements of the A/D converter and the microcontroller.Based on the STM32F1 series microcontroller and embedded real-time operating system ?C/OS-?,this paper has completed the development of the software system and designed a modular user task with high cohesion and low coupling.The software system realizes the functions of system calibration,data acquisition,data preprocessing,digital filtering,data calculation and serial port printing.The task synchronization of the software system is realized by semaphore,and the data transfer between tasks is realized by message queue.In the chopping mode and 400 SPS A/D data rate configuration,the overall system data rate reaches 96 SPS.Experiments show that the software system is running well,the task processing speed of the data stream can match the external interrupt frequency,and the digital filtering function of the software system can effectively suppress noise.This article uses bridge weighing sensor and sensor system platform to realize the intelligent weighing system.Through experiments,the noise level,static index and comprehensive error of the intelligent weighing system are analyzed.Experiments show that the comprehensive error of the intelligent weighing system is 0.01756%F.S,and the zero-point output is 0.0077%F.S,which are better than the original indicators of 0.02%F.S of the bridge load cell used in the experiment.
