In the context of the Internet era,the state has issued "Internet+" policies to promote the development of emerging business formats.The increasingly digitalized living environment has prompted changes in the forms and scenarios of preschool children's education.Therefore,online education products have also emerged.However,existing products have problems such as unclear user positioning,serious homogeneity,bloated and complicated content and functions,which greatly reduces the user satisfaction and user stickiness of the product.Therefore,how to improve the emotional experience of preschool children,stimulate their inner learning motivation,and increase the user retention of preschool children's online education APP is the focus of this paper.As a positive emotional experience,heart flow can significantly affect user behavior motivation,meet user emotional needs,enhance user interaction experience,and enhance product user stickiness.Therefore,it is very important to introduce flow theory into the design and research of online education APP for preschool children Guiding significance.This research is divided into five parts in the structural framework:The first part expounds the concepts of flow theory,experience design and online education,and initially analyzes the relationship between the three.And construct the prototype of the flow experience of the online education APP for preschool children,so as to determine the basic direction and research scope of the later investigation.The second part conducts a horizontal comparative analysis of relevant product cases at home and abroad,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the product in the four dimensions of interface style,functional design,operating experience,and emotional experience,and initially summarizes the design ideas centered on user experience.The third part is an in-depth research process,using natural observations,in-depth interviews and questionnaire surveys to conduct user research.The user characteristics of pre-school children and the relevant design factors of pre-schoolchildren's online education APP are analyzed.Among them,the interactive experience characteristics of pre-school children's online education APP are the focus of research.The fourth part is based on the PAT model of heart flow and the five-element model of user experience,which analyzes the characteristics of the user's interactive experience in multiple dimensions.In this way,the flow experience elements are extracted,and the performance of pre-school children at various stages when using the online education APP is summarized.The fifth part systematically summarizes the design concepts and principles of preschool children's online education APP based on the flow theory,and puts forward the design strategy of preschool children's online education APP to stimulate flow at different stages.The sixth part is based on the above design strategies,the author carries out the plant science design practice,so as to verify the feasibility of the proposed flow experience model,in order to achieve the purpose of guiding practice by theory.
