Under the impact and gain of the Internet,the traditional education industry has produced a series of new online education models.Online learning have gradually become a trend.Under the influence of the epidemic,online learning has become a rigid demand for the public.Online learning can meet the diverse and personalized knowledge acquisition needs of users without being restricted by identity,time and location,quickly and effectively improve knowledge and skills.Online learning has rich application content and diverse learning methods,but how to motivate users to actively learn knowledge,continue to participate in learning plans,and effectively participate in knowledge practice has become a difficult point for online learning.Based on the growth of online learning applications,this research applies motivation theory to the field of mobile online learning.Based on the theoretical basis of motivation theory,this paper studies the development connotation of motivation theory,the reform of online learning,and the implementation of motivation elements in online learning applications.It classifies and summarizes the motivational behaviors of mobile online learning applications,and determines through user research on online learning.Target users and use quantitative and qualitative research methods to determine the mobile online learning experience and demand pain points,combined with the application of motivation theory in mobile learning and online learning motivation models,and propose development strategies based on motivation model design.On the basis of user research and strategy development,complete the interactive product design and complete the test verification.User self and external incentives are the primary obstacles to participating in online learning.Product experience needs to cover both offline and online teaching advantages,combining incentive theory and user experience design,and insight into user stickiness needs from the user perspective,on the one hand,through incentive theory The design of the model builds product design incentive strategies,which enrich the interaction strategies of online learning applications;on the other hand,through the research and analysis of the incentive mechanism of online learning mobile application design,the interaction methods and interactive content are sorted out to provide online learning applications Complete incentive design reference.
