The development of tourism websites has brought a large number of users,which has left a lot of comments on the network platform.These comments are subjective and contain tourists' group perception of the scenic spot.The group perception of tourists means a relatively unified cognition of the scenic spot,which has a relatively important significance for potential tourists and scenic spot builders.In this paper,taking Dalian as an example,through the means of text mining,we can find out the group perception at the level of tourists' demand,as well as the group perception at the level of emotion,and predict the emotional tendency of tourists.In this paper,the group perception of tourists' needs can make the scenic spot more aware of tourists' needs,and then conclude the relevant suggestions of scenic spot construction.Through the group perception of the emotional level of tourists,this paper will grasp the dynamic emotional tendency of tourists.Before that,the research on text mining of tourism reviews is relatively small.This paper can fill in this gap and get the relatively important information of scenic spots.In order to achieve the above goals,this paper uses the related technology of text mining.In order to find out the group perception of tourists at the demand level,this paper uses three unsupervised algorithms to extract keywords from text mining,which are TF-IDF,textrank,and LDA theme model.TF-IDF and textrank algorithm can mine independent keywords from the text to summarize the comment content and get the main idea of the comment.In this paper,the two methods of keyword extraction are used together.The theme mined by LDA theme model can be verified with the above results,which will make the group perception of tourists' needs more accurate.In order to mine the group perception of the emotional level of tourists,this paper uses the method of emotional classification.After the samples are divided into positive samples and negative samples according to the user rating,the LSTM model is used to predict the positive and negative feelings of tourists.In this paper,the above algorithm is used to get the group perception of user demand level,and it is noted that tourists are dissatisfied with the health environment and management of the scenic spot.When LSTM is used to predict,the model prediction effect is relatively good,and it can be used to supervise the public opinion of the scenic spot,so as to supervise the emotional trend of tourists.
