Spaceborne deployable antenna is developing towards larger diameter and higher precision.Due to the limitation of vehicle,the design requirements of light weight and high storage ratio presents more and more severe challenges to researchers.The hoop column deployable antenna has the potential to realize the 100-meter network spaceborne antenna and is one of the main forms of large-diameter antennas in the future.The paper has carried out some research on this,and the main work is as follows:1.An improved hoop column deployable network antenna is proposed.In order to realize the high storage ratio and high stiffness of 100-meter-large-aperture antenna,an improved hoop column deployable network antenna was proposed by using the collapsible articulated space truss structure as the main unit of the mast and combining with high-stiffness hoop.Then the stowed parameters and the natural vibration characteristics of the antenna are analyzed to ensure that the storage ratio and stiffness of the antenna meet the requirements.In the analysis of natural vibration characteristics,the several vibration modes and eigenfrequency formulas of antennas are derived,and the validity of the formulas is verified by finite element simulation.2.The stability characteristics of the hoop column deployable antenna and their influence rules are revealed.In order to determine the upper limit of the cable force and the size of some main structures of the antenna,the system stability characteristics of hoop column antenna are analyzed by simplifying the antenna system.In the system stability analysis,the compression stability of hoop are derived,and then the stability of mast is analyzed by using the finite element method and the relevant theory of the stability.3.A form finding method of cable truss combination structure is proposed for the spatial cable net of hoop column antenna.Based on the symmetry characteristics of the cable net of hoop column antenna,the minimum symmetry element of the antenna is selected to carry on the form finding design of the pure cable net.To consider the deformation of the whole antenna truss,the form finding design of the cable truss combination structure is carried out by combining with the finite element and using the way of iteration,and then the surface precision of the hoop column antenna can be guaranteed.Then based on the optimization model,a kind of surface precision adjustment strategies are proposed,and the feasibility of the proposed adjustment strategy is illustrated by a simulation case.
