Form finding and precision adjustment technology for reflector of cable-net deployable antenna is investigated in this paper. The main work can be described in details as follows:1. The finite element model of cable-net deployable antenna in deployed phase is built. The parametric modeling function is realized as well, which can highly improve the efficiency of finite element modeling.2. A optimal mathematical model is built for the form finding analysis. And a modified inverse iteration algorithm is proposed to determine the pre-tension force distribution. By modifying the coordinates of cable-net nodes according to the surface RMS accuracy, the proposed algorithm resolves the oscillation problem. The results of numerical simulations show that the specified surface accuracy can be improved by the modified inverse iteration algorithm.3. Another optimal mathematical model is built for the precision adjustment analysis. A new rapid algorithm is proposed to determine the optimal solution of this model. The results of numerical simulations show that the new algorithm possesses a rapid convergence rate. And the surface accuracy can be improved as well. So it can highly improve the efficiency of precision adjustment task on ground.4. Based on the work above, form finding analysis software and precision adjustment software are programmed by c++ builder, which can be used to the development of cable-net deployable antenna.
