With the development of science and technology, physical rehabilitation robotics technology as a kind of robot technology, has been rapid development. Lower extremity rehabilitation robot to assist patients with lower extremity motor dysfunction simulated normal gait rehabilitation training exercise for the law to exercise in patients with lower extremity muscles and restore function of the nervous system control of walking and normal walking function in patients.This paper introduces the lower extremity rehabilitation robot research situation, and then a brief introduction of rehabilitation theory, proposed method of assessing the effects of rehabilitation.Lower extremity rehabilitation robot workspace analysis, proposed foot-lower limb rehabilitation robot's overall program, developed a robot control system. The lower extremity rehabilitation robot foot-effective processing, assembling, running to meet the design requirements and achieved the targets.Three-dimensional main structure of the robot mechanical structure is designed by the software of UG, describes the working principle of the robot. By comparing the existing features of lower limb rehabilitation robot technology, illustrates the foot-limb rehabilitation robot technology advantages. According to basic principles of mechanical design and mechanical knowledge, the main components of transmission parts is detailed designed, providing a theoretical basis for the size and strength of the entire lower extremity rehabilitation robot.Finally, lower extremity rehabilitation robot developed the overall control program, which uses small, fast response and accurate control of AC servo motor as a drive. The lower extremity rehabilitation robot has a beautiful appearance, compact structure, low cost and convenient operation.
