With the raipd development of Internet applications,high-precision network time synchronization became a basic requirement for information transmission between network devices.So it is of great significance to do research on the optimization of high precision network time synchronization system based on PTP.In this research,the author did an indepth study on PTP protocol,including PTP equipments,PTP message structure and PTP clock model.The paper also summarized some factors that could affect the accuracy of time synchronization system accuracy.To solve the problem that most systems cannot rmeet the requirement of accuracy by ysing PTP directly,the paper proposed two optimized algorithm to improve time accuracu of PTP system.One is the dynamic delay correction algorithm based on the asymmetry of path delay in real environment,the other is the forward delay estimation algorithm based on random transmission delay caused by intermediate nodes between master clock and slave clock.Several sets of experiment were performed to prove the effectiveness of both algorithms.In the experiments,the author used timestamps of PTP packet between master and slave clock to study transmission delay and offset between master and slave clock.Comparing to overseas and domestic research status,both improved algorithms are verified effective in improving system accuracy.
