As an important technical index describing the linearity of the phase-frequency characteristics of the system,group delay has received extensive attention in today's wireless communication systems.As an influencing factor of the transmission speed of high-speed circuits,the study of group delay is of great significance for solving the problem of signal synchronization in sensor networks.In a sensor network based on rapidly changing signals,because the signals of different channels pass through the sensors with different time delays,the excessively fluctuating group delay seriously affects the speed of signal data fusion,and the signal processing is seriously disturbed.The negative group delay circuit can effectively solve the phenomenon of sensor network signal asynchrony and improve the signal transmission quality of sensor network.However,there are few studies on the theoretical simulation model of low-pass negative group delay circuit at home and abroad.In order to solve this problem,the paper focuses on low-pass negative group delay circuits.Research on comprehensive theory,simulation analysis,signal synchronization and behavior prediction experiments of passnegative group delay circuit.The main contents are as follows:(1)A low-pass negative group delay circuit based on RC and RL is proposed,the theoretical model of the circuit is synthesized and further simulation calculation and comparison analysis are done.Among them,the negative group delay of the RL circuit reaches-2ns,and the transmission coefficient reaches-4d B;the negative group delay of the RC circuit reaches-3ns,and the transmission coefficient reaches-2d B.The circuit theory and simulation results are in good agreement.(2)The signal synchronization of the sensor network is realized based on the low-pass negative group delay circuit.The theory,simulation,and experiment have verified that the delay compensation effect can reach-30 ns.(3)Based on the low-pass negative group delay circuit,the low-frequency mechanical signal prediction of 1.5Hz is realized,the input and output signals have good correlation,and the signal prediction of-0.3s is achieved through experiments.Through the proposal and experiment of two kinds of negative group delay circuits,it can effectively compensate for the sensor signal transmission delay in industrial systems,improve signal quality,and improve high-speed signal transmission efficiency.It is the application and signal of negative group delay circuits in industrial systems in the future.Research in areas such as integrity analysis has laid a solid foundation.
