Design And Implementation Of Virtual Network Function Management System For Space-based Network

The integrated satellite-terrestrial network that can provide seamless coverage communication services for the world is becoming an important research direction in the future construction of mobile communication networks.However,in the structure where the existing space-based network and the terrestrial 5G network are integrated,the coupling relationship between network equipment and network functions is intricate,and higher requirements are placed on unified management and the implementation of fast dynamic resource scheduling.In response to the above problems,the paper integrates heterogeneous space-based information resources with cutting-edge technologies such as network function virtualization and software-defined networking.Based on the separation of network functions and resources,the paper fully draws on the concept of 5G cloud native and designs and implements a The virtual network function management prototype system with container technology as the virtual layer provides a human-machine interactive interface,explores the integrated development of satellite and terrestrial 5G,and provides an experimental and verification platform for the research of virtual network function deployment and management issues.The paper first introduces the background and significance of the virtual network function management system for space-based networks;then,for the application scenarios of space-based networks,the design principles and functional requirements of the virtual network function management system are clearly defined;Architecture,and gives the capabilities and interaction processes that each module should have;next,based on the summary design,the system detailed design plan is explained from the aspects of database design,interface design,class diagram,etc.Finally,the test cases of the prototype system are designed,and the system functional test is completed to verify the feasibility of the prototype system.At the end of the paper,the work of the full text is summarized and the future work is prospected.
