With the acceleration of the urbanization process,the gas pipeline supply coverage area is getting larger and larger,and the number of users is also expanding rapidly.Some pipelines are aging due to the long-term construction,maintenance and maintenance are more and more frequent,and multi-phase construction and renewal construction are superimposed,making the tube The network structure is becoming more and more complex.The gas industry faces problems such as untimely problem handling,low decision-making efficiency,and complicated business processes.Measures need to be taken to improve the efficiency of supervision and ensure the safe operation of the city gas pipeline network.Based on the business process requirements of a city gas company,the paper uses GIS and SCADA systems as the platform to build a software development technical process based on the gas leakage model,gas diffusion model and fire explosion model,and designs the safety supervision of urban gas pipeline network.The system-side solution is designed to provide information support for gas safety supervision,reduce the losses caused by accidents,and maintain urban public safety.Firstly,the paper studies the law of natural gas leakage and diffusion,analyzes the research results of gas leakage diffusion model at home and abroad,comprehensively considers various factors,and further optimizes the model based on the actual situation of the research area,and establishes a set of gas safety monitoring suitable for the research area.The model covers gas leakage,gas diffusion,and the calculation method of the range of fire and explosion accidents caused by it.It can accurately predict,evaluate and control accidents,reduce the consequences of accidents,and provide theoretical support for decision-making.Based on the above theoretical model construction,explore the construction ideas and implementation methods of the urban gas pipeline network safety supervision system,design the system functions according to the gas company's work business processes and requirements;GIS has powerful spatio-temporal data analysis capabilities and visualization functions.Combined with the dynamics of the IoT data,the spatio-temporal correlation,and the large amount of data,the geospatial database and the system database are designed.The Spring MVC architecture model is used to combine the GIS technology with the Internet of Things technology to design the system.The architecture uses the Java programming language to develop and implement the city gas pipeline network security supervision system.The main functions of the system include five functions:visual monitoring,alarm management,equipment management,maintenance management and system management.It can perform dynamic real-time monitoring and visual assessment of gas leakage accidents,and realize gas from monitoring,early warning,assessment decision to maintenance.Pipe network security full cycle management.
