On the base of this, author studies the design and some key technicas of the Urban Underground Pipe Network Graph Information Management System, then gives the general precept of this kind of the Information Management System. Finally, the author accomplishes a detailed design, works out a correlative applied software and carries on relevant studies of simulating.
