At present,the image processing technology can make full use of deep learning and hardware equipment,but environmental factors such as haze will seriously affect the image quality sleeve and make the recognition and monitoring accuracy drop significantly.Therefore,based on the haze image,this paper proposes a method to enhance the haze image based on brightness and color mixture correction and multi-scale haze image enhancement in view of the lack of uniform correction and quality improvement methods for the haze image in the same level.The research content of this article can be divided into the following two parts:1.This paper proposes a mixed correction method for haze images based on brightness and color to solve the problem of uniformity of haze images at the same level.This method firstly uses the image brightness influence factor and uses the particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve the brightness histogram matching to achieve the brightness correction of the haze image.Then,this paper calculates the color similarity between the target haze image and the reference haze image in the RGB color space and based on this,combined with the feature matching method to achieve the color correction of the haze image.2.This paper proposes a haze image enhancement method based on noise reduction and multi-scale to solve the problem of image quality degradation caused by noise and filtering in haze images.This method first combines the relevant advantages of the traditional Butterworth filter and the characteristics of the haze image to design an improved low-pass filter for noise reduction,and then this paper performs five types of haze images after noise reduction Multi-scale processing is used to improve the local contour details and texture characteristics of the haze image,and the two-dimensional information entropy of the enhanced haze image is significantly increased.The haze image processed by the above two parts has the characteristics of high brightness and color similarity among the same type,and for the haze image itself,the haze image after noise reduction and multi-scale enhancement has less noise,The obvious features of local outline details and texture features.In theory,the theoretical method of this paper provides a new idea for the research on the enhancement of the characteristics of existing haze images.Solutions to enhance the image characteristics of haze.
