In recent years,with the increase in the demand for the book market,China's publishing industry is developing vigorously.However,with the development of book publishing companies,a series of problems such as inventory backlogs in the library and low work efficiency have followed.Therefore,it is of practical significance to conduct in-depth research on the problems of a certain book publishing company.As a small and medium-sized book publishing company,BC Company is faced with the situation of moving to a new library.BC Company hopes to evaluate the feasibility of stacking crane operations and forklift operations in the new library,and design corresponding planning schemes to optimize the current existing inventory problems.First,this thesis analyzes the problems of the old warehouse reserve mode,and qualitatively proposes two storage area logistics operation modes:Automated three-dimensional warehouse mode for stacker access and high-level shelf mode for battery forklift access.Comprehensive planning and design in storage mode,operation mode,logistics equipment,picking strategy,storage strategy,operation space,etc.Secondly,this thesis studies the allocation of cargo space in the internal storage area,selects the genetic algorithm to solve.Finally,this thesis Establish two models of storage system simulation models in AutoMod,designs experiments from two scenarios of daily operations and full warehouse outflow,draws corresponding experimental data,and compares the overall operation of the old warehouse,outbound efficiency,and space utilization to verify the optimization effect of the two modes.Propose the construction of warehouses for small and medium-sized publishing enterprises.The experimental results show that the outgoing capacity of the two modes is higher than that of the old mode.Based on the actual situation,it is recommended to use mode two as the final solution.The storage capacity and space utilization rate of the two models are higher than the old model.Among them,the capacity of model one is 152.3%higher than that of model two.This thesis provides a theoretical basis for the research of the construction of new warehouses of BC Company,on the other hand,it provides a reference template for the simulation personnel in the modeling of similar warehouse logistics systems,and promotes the development of a long term.
