Research And Analysis Of The Book Circulation Management System In The School Of Tropical Crops, Yunnan Agricultural University

At present,due to the continuous progress and development of science and technology,the information level of the library has been improved,and at the same time,the work efficiency has been significantly improved.As an important part of colleges and universities,in the face of the increasing number of book resources and user information,the traditional way of book circulation management has been rapidly eliminated,the lending process tedious,information access difficulties,data statistics difficult,the loss of historical information and other problems have become urgent to solve.For a long time,the library of School of Tropical Engineering,Yunnan Agricultural University still adopts the traditional manual processing method in the process of management,which makes it more and more difficult to process and manage all kinds of information in the library.A large amount of data management that is not digitized is likely to lead to information error and loss.Therefore,the development of a feasible circulation management system has become an important issue that needs to be solved at present.In the process of research,this paper mainly carried out in-depth research on the library circulation management system of School of Tropical Crops,Yunnan Agricultural University,and analyzed function modules such as borrowing management,circulation control management and reservation management.In the introduction,the research background,significance and purpose of this paper are mainly expounded,the research work of this paper is proposed,and relevant technical methods are introduced.In the aspect of business analysis,the existing problems in the system are mainly analyzed,the original business flow chart is drawn and the deficiencies are proposed,and then the business process is optimized to build a reasonable business process system.From the perspective of function analysis,this paper mainly considers the user role and system use case analysis to make the system function clear,and also describes the specific overall function package diagram and sub-function package diagram.In the work of data analysis,it mainly analyzes and studies the data relationship of various functions,describes the corresponding entity class diagram,and at the same time,it also realizes the resume of the basic structure of database table.Finally,for the part of summary and prospect,this paper summarizes the research content of this paper,finds out the problem,puts forward the guidance,looks into the future development trend,and provides reference basis for the following research work.The book circulation management system studied in this paper has initially formed the development and design ideas of the system,achieved the overall design operation,and also created more favorable conditions for the development of the system.
