With the increase of market demand and the introduction of automated production equipment,the human-based material loading mode has been unable to adapt to the production efficiency of enterprises.How to realize the rapid docking between material production line and transportation line has become the primary problem for the development of domestic production enterprises.Developing a stable and reliable automatic loading pipeline control system is of great significance to promote technological progress of enterprises and improve economic benefits.According to the entrusted project of "Automatic Loading Line System" and based on the needs of enterprises,a set of "Research on Control System Based on CODESYS for Bagged Material Automatic Loading Line" is designed and developed.Firstly,on-the-spot investigation of the enterprise is carried out.According to the requirement of the enterprise for the automatic loading line,on the premise of retaining the original conveyor belt and material baler,the overall design scheme of the loading line is put forward:through the belt conveyor,the stacker,baler and loader are connected to form the loading line.By comparing the robots with different mechanical structures,the right-angle coordinate system robot is determined to be the main mechanical structure of the stacker and loader.According to the working environment and characteristics of the loading line,the driving mode,reducer and transmission mode are selected.At the same time,the material layout and loading locomotive movement strategy are put forward according to the characteristics of bagged materials.Then,the hardware part of the control system is designed,and a control scheme based on CODESYS software motion controller+EtherMAC bus is proposed,and the drive system is selected according to the actual working requirements.In order to ensure the stability and safety of the system,the interference sources of the control system are analyzed,and the corresponding protective measures are put forward.On this basis,the electrical circuit of the power supply and the driving equipment of the system is designed.Secondly,in order to determine the position relationship between the loader and the transport vehicle,the positioning scheme and the visual processing algorithm of the loader are designed.Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional Hough linear detection algorithm:the detection speed decreases with the increase of the detection accuracy,a progressive Hough linear detection method is proposed.Finally,using CODESYS development platform,the software of the control system is designed with modular and open programming ideas,including automatic operation module,manual operation module,stop module and related human-computer interaction interface design.After completing the overall design of the automatic loading pipeline control system,the actual test of the automatic loading pipeline control system is carried out in the enterprise field.During the test process,the problems of the whole control system are continuously optimized.Finally,the stability and feasibility of the control system are verified by the application of the loading example.
