Design And Implementation Of Convenience Store Data Management System

As an important form of China's retail industry,convenience store has obvious convenience in distance,shopping,service and time,which makes it flourish all over t he country.However,there are some disadvantages in the community convenience store,such as low level of information,time-consuming and laborious data management,easy to make mistakes and so on,which lead to weak market competitiveness.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a community convenience store data management system.Based on the investigation of the current status of convenience store operations,this article has done the following work around the design and development of the convenience st ore data management system:(1)Detailed analysis of the functional requirements,non-functional requirements and feasibility of the convenience store data management system.First,it was determined that the system is aimed at three types of users,such as salespersons,store managers,and system administrators of convenience stores,and then the specific functional requirements of different users are determined.Second,the non-functional requirements of the system are analyzed,including data accuracy requirements,Time requirements,safety requirements,maintainability requirements,etc.Finally,the feasibility of the system development was analyzed from the technical,economic and operational aspects with reference to software engineering ideas.(2)Based on the demand analysis of the data management system of community convenience store,the overall structure design,function design and database table design of the system are carried out.First,the overall structure of the system is designed from the system l evel and system architecture.At the system level,the system is designed in four layers: user layer,application layer,application support layer and data layer.At the system architecture,MVC design mode is adopted.Then,the function of the system is designed,including nine modules: login registration,system management,member management,database management,user management,commodity management,inventory management,sales commodity analysis and sales forecast.Finally,on the basis of database E-R diagram,the structure design of each database table is completed.(3)This system uses SSM as the development framework,My SQL server 5.5 as the back-end database,Bootstrap/Jsp/Html as the front-end development tool,Java as the specific development language,Tomcat as the web server of the system to build the system development environment,and realize the functions of nine modules,including login registration,system management,member management,database management,user management,commodity management,inventory management,sales product analysis,sales forecast,etc,In the sales commodity analysis module,Pyecharts visual chemical tool package and data classification method are used;for the sales prediction module,support vector regression method is used to predict the sales volume of all kinds of commodities in the convenience store in the next week,and a good prediction effect is obtained,in which the minimum root mean square error of mineral water is 0.2136.(4)Test the function,safety and performance of the system.Among them,the function test uses the black box test method to test the operation of each module of the system,and the results show that each module can operate normally and meet the expected requirements;the security test uses the two test methods of boundary value acceptance and data-driven acceptance,and the test shows that the system can intercept the illegal intrusion,the role authority assignment is normal,and the data security and integrity can be filled;In the performance test,the response operation time of the system interface is about 1 second on average,the maximum memory utilization rate is65%,the maximum CPU utilization rate is 70%,the performance indexes of each system are normal,and there is no obvious performance bottleneck.Through the overall test,it is found that all the tests of the system meet the requirements of design and application.Through the development of the data management system of the community-based convenience store,the convenience store commodities are integrated into the unified management of purchase,sale and storage,which saves a lot of labor management costs,facilitates the convenience store operators to purchase and store commodities in a targeted way,analyzes the profitability of the convenience store,and provides an important reference for the future information construction of the community-based convenience store.
