Study On The Design Of Community Convenience Store Service System

With the change and adjustment of the global industrial development structure,the tertiary industry started to flourish.It led to the industrial structure shifting from secondary industry to tertiary industry dominated by the service industries.Transformation of the major part of economy led to the transformation of design.In recent years,the concept of service design has been applying to different circumstances and scenarios.The main purpose of is to combine service design with products and the actual circumstances,which we can provide more targeted solution to design system.Depending on the study on the service contents of the smart community in our country and research on the lifestyle of the community residents.It is learned that the community residents have huge and soaring demand which needs improvement in daily shopping and online reservation products.For the main purpose of improving the operation status of community shops and enhancing the daily shopping experiences of residents,this article introduces the community-based convenience stores with high contact frequency to the smart community.This article focuses on the content and deficiency of the service in smart community.This article also analyze the operation of the new community-based convenience stores and put forward the application of unmanned convenience stores in smart community.According to the theoretical research and binding key points and method of design,this paper raises the possibility of combining the unmanned convenience stores and smart community.It summarizes eight main research steps which are: background researching,circumstances studying,requirement investigating,interest relationship understanding,service concept innovating,product designing,system generalizing and impact assessing.These eight research steps are mainly for facilitating the service construction of the unmanned convince store in smart community.Regarding the research of Guangzhou smart community as a foothold,this article studies about the below four aspects: sources of food materials,process of distribution,purchase of food and the cooking of food.Meanwhile,it puts forward four design practices with the specialty of service system: intelligent unmanned store,online reservation,delivery service and interactive shopping experience.By doing so,it deeply digs out the economic value,development value and social value of community convenience store service system.By presenting a new service system to community residents and evaluating the service system,the paper concluded that the new service system can enhance the daily shopping experience,save the daily shopping time and improve the service stickiness to the community residents,which shows the feasibility of the design.The innovation of this paper is to make use of the service system in combining the traditional community convenience stores with smart communities and optimizing traditional community convenience store mode.Due to the fact that the design of service system requiresthe blending of multiple knowledge,this article may not be able to cover all situations completely.The main purpose of this paper is to explore how to improve residents' daily shopping experience in service design.It is all for laying a solid foundation of the deeper study in this field.
