China is one of the countries with the highest incidence of myopia in the world,and the trend of increasing the number of young people with myopia in recent years is more obvious.At the same time,myopia brings a lot of inconvenience to our study and life,such as affecting young people's study and employment.Therefore,it is particularly important for the prevention,control and improvement of vision of adolescent myopia.At present,the control and improvement of visual acuity for adolescents with pseudo-myopia mainly include wearing glasses,surgery,and medication.However,there are some shortcomings in the above methods.For example,wearing glasses can not restore the naked eye vision.Although surgical treatment can improve the naked eye vision,it is inevitable that there will be certain risks,and the drug treatment method has poor effect on vision improvement.May have certain side effects on adolescents.Therefore,in view of the above defects in the way of treating myopia,this paper studies and designs the vision correction system based on electrical stimulation technology.The system mainly aims to improve the vision of adolescents through the combination of electrical stimulation technology and traditional Chinese acupoint massage theory.This paper mainly completed the following work:Firstly,the current vision correction methods and defects in the equipment are studied.Then,the overall design requirements of the system are given by analyzing the development status of vision correction technology and electrical stimulation technology at home and abroad.Next,the bioelectrical principle of neuromuscular electrical stimulation,the analysis of the cell membrane model under subthreshold stimulation,and the selection of parameters for electrical stimulation signals were completed.Then,according to the overall design requirements of the system,the design and construction of the system platform is completed.The system platform consists of a hardware platform and a software platform.The hardware platform adopts STM8S207 single-chip microcomputer as the main control unit,and the peripheral circuit includes power supply circuit,constant current source circuit,pulse amplitude adjustment circuit,bi-phase pulse stimulation circuit,constant voltage source circuit,data communication circuit,light bar circuit and Relay circuit.The software platform of this system consists of two parts:the lower computer program and the upper computer program design.The lower computer program mainly includes the main program,serial data communication protocol,clock calibration program,pulse stimulation mode program,constant voltage source adjustment program,pulse amplitude adjustment program and light bar working mode program;the upper computer program mainly includes database design and interface program Design two parts.In the aspect of database design,the system uses the Microsoft Access 2010 database to design the user table and the test table.The user is used to store the basic information of the user;the test is used to store the data information when the upper computer communicates with the lower computer.The programming of the host computer interface of this system is mainly completed by Labview 2016.The designed interface includes a user login interface,a user registration interface,a general user information management interface,an administrator user information management interface,and a main control interface for controlling the lower computer.Finally,the system was tested and analyzed.The system completes the test of the communication module of the hardware platform,the waveform,amplitude,pulse width and frequency of the biphasic pulse signal,the test of the output current of the digital constant current source,and the test of the output voltage of the digital constant voltage source.The system also completes the test of user registration,user login,administrator information management,and general user information management functions of the software platform.After testing,the vision correction system designed in this paper is stable and achieves the expected results.
