The constant direct current-stimulation can accelerate the growth and induct tendency of cells .The organic cells that have potential excitation can change the penetrability of Na~+(or K~+) if they receive stimulation from external ,then Action potential occurs. The method has been widely applied in the concrescence of fracture ,growth of nerve fiber ,cure of infected wound ,speeding growth of vegetables. But numerous application for the constant direct current-stimulation lack of the quantificational research so that the best intensity and density and of stimulative current is unsure. The organism would arose physical and chemic reaction when they receive electrical stimulation. At the same time the inner environment of organism will alter.The resistace of organism is the guideline that can help us to redound to carry out the farther quantitative research on the directive-current-stimulation..Watching the mutative tendency and variational course,it will guide us to find out the best intensity and density and stimulative current. This dissertation theoretically demonstrates the feasibility to achieve constant direct current-stimulation-circuitry under microampere , bring forward design scheme software and hardware system using in cellular electrical stimulation. In order to further quantitatively research on direct current-stimulation and ascertain the best intensity and density and stimulative current , the quantitative and qualitative analyse for gained diagnostic data are also been discussed in this paper. This paper designed a experimental device to stimulate the cells under different current-intensity and different stimulation-time. It consists of micro-constant-current sources,a PIC microchip, a USART transfer interface. Our experiments showed that it has following virtues: low power consumption, convenience, stable quality etc. The software includes system management module, USART data communication module, dada review and analysis module, and database management module. The developing environment was Visual Basic 6.0 and the Access relational database (Microsoft, Inc.). The accomplished software-control system of cellular growth system based on direct current-stimulation has characteristics as below: (1)individualise treatment according to user's requirements such as stimulation-current , stimulation-time and stimulation-channel; (2) operate easily and conveniently based on friendly; (3) could enable cursor switch conveniently and quickly among input frames, and disable corresponding choices to avoid mistaken operation; (4)could analyze the gained data and display the waveform of analytical data; (5)provide set up program of the software.
