Currently,gas turbine control system in China is in the period of opportunity and tackling key problems for localization.The fault diagnosis technology of gas turbine control system plays an important role in improving the reliability and automation of the system.Actuator is an important part of the gas turbine control system,so the research on actuator fault diagnosis technology has important theoretical significance value in construction field and theory.Taking the gas turbine pneumatic actuator as the main research object,this paper focuses on the fault sequencing and fault modeling of the pneumatic actuator to spread related research.The main work and results are as follows:(1)To select key failure modes for the study of failure models,this paper refers to theories such as analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.In this paper,the diaphragm pneumatic actuator of gas turbine control system is taken as the research object,a fault sequencing method based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is proposed,and the fault sequencing of the pneumatic actuator is carried out according to the opinions of experts.The calculation results show that the fault sequence can accurately and effectively reflect the relative importance between failure modes;Compared with the traditional fault sequencing method based on risk priority number,the method proposed in this paper can effectively solve the problem that different expert evaluation terms have great influence on the analysis results;(2)Based on the combination of mechanism and data-driven,a composite fault modeling method is proposed.This method is used to model three fault modes with the highest fault sequence;(3)In order to verify the accuracy of the fault model,this paper simulates and analyzes the pneumatic actuator fault model based on the MATLAB/Simulink.Compared with the simulation results of the DAMADICS benchmark platform,it is concluded that the valve position and flow change trend in the fault model of the pneumatic actuator are consistent with the benchmark platform,the model accuracy is high.
