With the development of 5G communication network,the forms of 5G prequel gateway network are more diversified.In the 5G prequel network,the communication equipment is deployed in various forms and with high density.At the same time,the huge bandwidth of 5G network also brings great pressure to the networking.The current mainstream of the 5 g access optical communication scheme USES a double fiber SFP28 light module directly connected,the scheme of fiber core utilization rate is low,the connection is relatively complex,and applied to the old network upgrade fiber core utilization rate increase is not obvious,in order to improve the 5 g prequel to the net on the existing problems,improve utilization rate of fiber core,and the application of WDM(wavelength division multiplexing)technology is more simple.Through WDM technology,the BIDI(single fiber bidirectional)design,which USES different wavelengths to transmit symmetrical upstream and downstream data on the same fiber,is an effective way to improve the utilization rate of fiber core.The optical device designed in this paper is simple and reliable in structure,easy to manufacture and stable in performance.It meets the requirements of continuous and stable operation of 5G access network in indoor and outdoor environment,and meets the requirements of construction and use of 5G prequel network.This paper mainly discusses:(1)the design of its filter is described;The influence of filters in BOSA was analyzed through the Angle,and a filter suitable for 1270/1310 wavelength was designed.(2)the complete process is introduced in detail;The laser welding coupling is analyzed from TO TO device level.(3)analyze whether it meets the index requirements by conducting device-level experiments on it...
