After entering the modern society,from the first generation to the fourth generation,the core of mobile communication is the communication between people.But with the arrival of the fifth generation mobile communication(5G),its core is not only the communication between people,but also the application of Internet of things,industrial automation and driverless.5G is regarded as the peak of the development of mobile communication technology,and it is also an important force that people hope to change their lives and society.On the basis of 4G,5G puts forward higher requirements for mobile communication,which not only needs to be improved in high-speed rate,large bandwidth,low delay,high-precision time synchronization,but also in network fragmentation,flexible connection and other aspects.Based on these performance improvements,the business will also be better protected and applied,and the development of the Internet will also enter the era of intelligent Internet from the mobile Internet.For these needs,the carrier network also needs to better protect them.Therefore,based on the analysis of the demand of 5G bearer network,China Mobile plans to adopt SPN to support the whole 5G network architecture.The SPN proposed this time is a brand-new network technology system.It is a new generation of end-to-end hierarchical switching network based on multi-layer integration,which comprehensively carries high-quality services such as mobile front / middle / return,enterprise / private network,home broadband,etc.In the whole SPN network technology system,Flexible Ethernet(FlexE)is one of the key technologies that SPN can realize.One of the major features of FlexE technology is to realize the decoupling of service bandwidth requirements and physical interface bandwidth.At the same time,it can realize the fine division of high-speed interface,realize the transmission of different low-speed services in different time slots,and physically isolate each other,which plays a key role in solving many requirements in 5G network.In this paper,FlexE technology applied in SPN is discussed,and the principle ofFlexE crossover,FlexE oam and protection switching based on FlexE technology is analyzed.Based on these technical principles,the specific implementation scheme,overall scheme model and processing flow of FlexE application in SPN are determined.The processing of FlexE crossover,FlexE oam and protection switching from functional module implementation to software configuration and distribution are described in detail.At the same time,the scheme is developed,implemented and verified on the equipment of the SPN products.The experimental results show that the scheme can realize the fast forwarding of service data and the fast protection switching function in case of link failure,which is of great significance to the production of this function.
