Research On The Ethical Norms Of Algorithmic News In China

The construction of algorithmic news ethics in the era of big data is an important part of the construction of moral ethics in contemporary society.At present,algorithmic technology is widely used in aggregate news clients,engaged in the production,screening and distribution of information,not only in the dissemination efficiency of a breakthrough,but also to provide users with customized version of information services.However,the intervention of algorithms in the field of news communication has also brought many challenges,such as "information room",algorithm bias,content general entertainment,information authenticity cognitive deviation,and the disclosure of personal privacy and other ethical issues,and constantly test the new environment of the norms of journalistic ethics norms.In response to the problem of algorithmic news ethics in the cluster news client,there is a lack of special algorithmic news ethics norms in our country.Therefore,we must explore more clear and specific norms to solve this problem,so that the platform can give full play to its public opinion guidance,dissemination of positive energy,facilitate the people's lives of the positive role.This paper analyzes the algorithmic news ethics norms in the aggregate news client by looking for the Marxist news view closely related to algorithmic news ethics,as well as the relevant laws and regulations and self-discipline norms.The paper uses two research methods:first,the text analysis method,taking today's headlines,a little information,interesting headlines,reading the four major aggregate news clients,for example,to analyze the ethical normtext text of algorithmic news in its platform;It is found that there are three main problems in the current algorithmic news ethics norms: one is the lack of clear,specific and open self-discipline measures for acts that violate ethical norms,the other is the lack of a clear description of the service function involving the collection of user information,and the third is the unfair treatment of ethical misconduct by users and platform practitioners.As far as the ethical problem of algorithmic news is concerned,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of news ethics in the algorithm age from the aspects of recognizing the possible ethical problems of algorithmic news,putting forward the suggestion of the construction of algorithmic news ethics norms,and formulating special algorithmic news ethics norms to effectively avoid the negative effects of algorithmic news ethics issues,keep the bottom line while ensuring the quality of information,build a good media ecological environment,and promote the development of algorithmic news.Based on the existing problems in the current standards of algorithmic news norms formulated by the media platform,this paper thinks and puts forward five suggestions on the construction of algorithmic news ethics norms,one is to try to improve the ethical quality of news,the other is to uphold the principle of respecting the public interest,the third is to refine the standards and requirements of the platform ethical norms,the fourth is to propose clear and open solutions to the behavior of the violation of norms,and the fifth is to refer to the relevant normative documents promulgated by the China Internet Association.
