The digital age has changed the single dissemination channel of traditional archival document compilation products,and provided technical support for the large-scale dissemination of compilation products.By analyzing the influencing factors of the dissemination of archival document compilation products in the digital age,it is helpful to improve the original mode of dissemination of archival document compilation products,further enhance the influence of dissemination and social awareness of the compilation products,increase the number of archive users and achieve users sinking.On the basis of understanding the current research situation at home and abroad,this study extracts the influencing factors of the dissemination of archival document compilation products based on the Lasswell 5W theory and the literature research,constructs a hypothetical influencing factors model of the dissemination of compilation products through questionnaire survey,and uses the exploratory factor analysis method to test and revise the hypothetical model.At the same time,this study discusses the revised influencing factors model of dissemination,and draws the law of influencing factors of dissemination,then based on the customer satisfaction theory and the communication flow theory proposes optimization principles,optimization paths and optimization strategies to promote the dissemination of archival document compilation products.This article is divided into six chapters,mainly including the following:The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background,significance,ideas,methods and innovations of the research on the influencing factors of the dissemination of archival document compilation products.The second chapter is the research status and theoretical basis,mainly by combing the current domestic and foreign relevant research literature,reviews the research status,and introduces the theoretical basis of related research in this article.The third chapter is the construction of the influencing factors model of the dissemination of archival document compilation products,mainly based on theLasswell 5W model and questionnaire survey to construct the hypothetical influencing factors model of the dissemination of compilation products,and uses the exploratory factor analysis method to test and revise the hypothetical model.The fourth chapter is the law of the influencing factors of dissemination of archival document compilation products.Based on the revised influencing factors model of the dissemination of compilation products,it discusses the specific effects of relevant influencing factors on the dissemination of archival document compilation products.The fifth chapter is the optimization of the dissemination of archival document compilation products.It mainly analyzes the optimization principles of the dissemination of archival document compilation products,introduces the customer satisfaction theory to design the optimization paths,and proposes the optimization strategies based on the communication flow theory.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect of the research,which is mainly to summarize the research results and deficiencies,and to provide certain suggestions and references for the widespread dissemination of archival document compilation products and the further development of archival document compilation work.
