On The Development Strategy Of Artificial Intelligence Based On Big Data

Big data is profoundly changing our society and changing the way we produce,live and think.At the same time,the development of big data continues to promote innovation and breakthrough in artificial intelligence(AI).AI is a hot topic in current research.Countries have also raised AI to the national strategic level and seized the commanding heights of AI.To this end,this paper provides a strategic concept for the development of AI in Tianjin by studying the AI technology based on big data and the development strategy of AI in various countries.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter explains the background and research significance of thesis writing.The second chapter first gives a brief overview of the definition and development process of AI,and then analyses the reasons for the rapid development of AI,including the continuation of the old school and the drive of new elements.The third chapter mainly introduces the technology of AI.If we want the machine to simulate human intelligence,we must use artificial intelligence technology to achieve.Currently,the research of AI technology is mostly based on big data,including algorithm layer technology and application layer technology.Therefore,this chapter first discusses the relationship between AI and big data,and introduces the core technology of AI.The fourth chapter starts from the level of AI technology,explores the key technologies of AI development strategies in the United States,Britain and Japan,summarizes the commonalities of AI technology development strategies in various countries,and analyses the development modes of AI in different countries from the system level.The fifth chapter summarizes the current situation and existing problems of AI in Tianjin.Based on the analysis and reference of the above three national AI technology strategies,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of AI in Tianjin from the basic level,the technical level and the application level,and conceives the AI development model suitable for Tianjin.The sixth chapter is the summary of the whole paper and the prospect of the future.The innovations of this paper are as follows: Firstly,the strategic characteristics of AI development in the United States,Britain and Japan are explored from two aspects of technology and system guarantee.Secondly,from the two dimensions oftechnology and system,it provides strategic ideas for the development of AI in Tianjin.
