The strength of road infrastructure is the embodiment of a country's comprehensive strength.Under the large-scale road infrastructure construction in China,the national transportation network has been gradually built.But then came the problems of deteriorating road conditions,traffic accidents and a shortage of maintenance funds.Focusing on the management of road infrastructure,a series of management systems for road surface,bridge,tunnel and other facilities have been established in various regions,and an explosive growth momentum has emerged.On the one hand,due to the independent establishment and operation of each system,the modular system is flooded.On the other hand,due to the limited detection means and the lack of integrity,continuity and reliability of performance data,the prediction and decision of management cannot be implemented.With the emergence of GIS,BIM,Internet of things,cloud computing and other intelligent technologies,the management of road infrastructure has a new development direction.This paper focuses on the design of data-driven intensive road infrastructure management platform.Based on a full understanding of the domestic and international management status,it proposes the overall and proactive platform top-level design and overall planning.The main research contents are as follows:First,the basic concept of road infrastructure and related technologies are introduced,the basic concept of main scope of inclusion of road infrastructure management road infrastructure management connotation analysis,thus lay a platform for research related technologies,including the basis of an introduction to the theory of GIS BIM Internet of cloud computing,as a platform for intelligent technology application.Secondly,by means of literature metrology,using Citespace software for road infrastructure management were discussed,and the evolvement of the concrete research content and the target and consulting experts to determine the road infrastructure management of road infrastructure management,facility management a single facility management area hosted mode level 3 management mode,from the construction total demand user requirements and business process analysis,clear platform construction needs.Then,on the basis of the basic theory and demand research,standardized platform design ideas are adopted,and a number of intelligent technologies are integrated to carry out functional design of the overall architecture and seven subsystems of the platform.Aiming at the blind area of missing data,the intelligent patrol subsystem is studied.According to the multi-functional intelligent patrol vehicle of this research group,the output performance index data is displayed,and in view of the insufficient representation of the current anti-skid index,the 3d texture data based on the detection vehicle output is proposed,and the new anti-skid index is explored by using gaussian filter,CEEMD and SVD methods.Finally,select the actual airport project,the use of road infrastructure management platform design,the design principle of the airport management system and function,and gm's airport management system was established based on experimental environment through checkout automobile data output,in the system shows the PCI/SCI IRI performance data,found a new sliding resistance index,has realized the data driven by the function of the airport management system application.
