At present, the contradiction between production and circulation has become more and more serious from the perspective of the development of the agricultural industrialization. It is hard to find a market for the high-quality agricultural by-product. The traditional way of selling agricultural products is difficult to ensure the value of the agricultural product itself, and it is difficult to establish credibility in the minds of the consumers. Many agriculture products with special characteristics are limited to the sales process, its production and sales are out of touch, and the input and output is not equal. The supply chain model using consumption to guide the production is difficult to achieve. It is hard for the farmers to increase income and the agricultural structure needs to be adjusted urgently. Therefore, this paper introduces some data analysis methods and some technologies for platform construction. And it introduces the way to choose the production variety, and it realizes the data feedback mechanism of the associated optimization. In addition, the paper also constructs a online business platform to realize the M2 C supply chain mode of agriculture by-products. The main researches of this paper are as follows:(1) In the face of the problem that the middle layer is complex disorder in the current agricultural products supply chain mode, this paper puts forward a kind of agricultural and sideline products M2 C supply chain model based on online operation platform. It makes the middle layer in the supply chain more briefly through constructing an online operation platform, and realizes the point to point circulation pattern for the products from the producers to the consumers.(2) In the light of the lack of information in the agricultural market, this paper proposes a decision feedback mechanism based on data-driven. Because of the producers of agricultural products lacking of market information, it causes the blindness of the production and appears the phenomenon of “the cheap food hurting farms”. The paper realizes the decision feedback mechanism by data analysis, it mainly contains two parts. First, use the cluster analysis method to cluster the sales data, and then construct the mathematical model of the secondary analysis, finally to realize the type selection of the agricultural products. Second, use the association analysis method for mining association rules, find the products with strong correlation, and then realize the type selection of the associated products.(3) According to the problems when the traditional online platform handling large amounts of data, the paper proposes an online operation platform for agricultural products based on cloud services. The platform is built on the basis of.Net Framework 4.0, using MySQL as the background database to improve the speed and flexibility. On the basis of the Web service technology principle and the XML document communication, it realizes the data communication and defines the service interface. In the platform, the paper uses data analysis to achieve the function of decision feedback. In addiction, in order to ensure the high efficiency and flexibility, the platform needs to register an Azure account for cloud deployment, create an API certificate, storage service, database service and cloud service.
