With the advent of information consumption era,improving customer satisfaction and creating quality service become the core goal of customer service.At the same time,with the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology,the establishment of an automatic intelligent online customer service system has become an important issue for enterprises.At present,the deep integration of Internet and finance is the general trend,but the research on intelligent customer service system in Internet finance industry is relatively scarce,and the interactive design trend of intelligent customer service in Internet finance industry still needs to be explored.In this context,this paper focuses on the optimization design of Xiaomi financial intelligent customer service interface to explore the possibility of interactive optimization design of intelligent customer service in the field of Internet finance.This paper discusses the industry background,research status and development trend of intelligent customer service under Internet finance to understand the industry status and research direction.And in-depth study of the specific application cases and related competitive product analysis of intelligent customer service system in the field of Internet finance,comprehensive research on design principles and evaluation methods based on the perspective of“user experience design”,summarize the design principles and evaluation methods of intelligent customer service system,and provide reference for the comprehensive upgrade of Xiaomi financial intelligent customer service system.Xiaomi financial intelligent customer service interaction design practice process is divided into three stages.First,it is the user research stage,Based on the semi-structured interview and online questionnaire survey,the author analyzes the user needs of Xiaomi financial intelligent customer service;secondly,in the interactive design stage of Xiaomi financial intelligent customer service interface,through the functional definition of user needs,output the optimization scheme of Xiaomi financial intelligent customer service interface;and finally,in the usability test and scheme evaluation stage of Xiaomi financial intelligent customer service,the author designs The plan is online in Xiaomi financial APP,and the effectiveness of the optimized plan is verified by the data feedback and usability test satisfaction questionnaire.Through this project practice,from the perspective of user experience,this paper puts forward the interactive design principles and evaluation methods of intelligent customer service in the field of Internet finance,and applies them to the interactive optimization design of Xiaomi financial intelligent customer service interface and the evaluation of the effectiveness of the scheme,improves the service level and work efficiency of Xiaomi financial intelligent customer service,and provides support for improving the corporate image and core competitiveness Support.At the same time,it also provides effective suggestions for the promotion of the actual value of the intelligent customer service system in the field of Internet Finance and the application of intelligence,efficiency and humanity.
