On The Development Predicament And Reasons Of Baidu Tieba

Baidu tieba,as a product born in the era of PC Internet and occupying a leading position in the early stage of mobile Internet,not only did not occupy a larger market share with the further development of mobile Internet,but also gradually faded the previous halo.The reasons behind are thought-provoking,and this has become the focus of the article’s analysis,hoping to help Baidu tieba realize its own shortcomings,so as to adjust its development concept and measures,and also provide constructive suggestions for the sustainable development of other Internet platforms.On the basis of previous studies,this paper uses literature analysis,case analysis and comparative analysis to sort out the development context of Baidu tieba,and on this basis,puts forward the proposition of "Baidu tieba development dilemma" for the first time.At present,the difficulties faced by tieba are mainly divided into four levels: the difficulty of user maintenance is increased,the form exploration has little effect,the influence of the platform is weakened and the business profits are not satisfactory.These difficulties are the "roadblocks" for the development and expansion of tieba app in the mobile Internet era.This paper analyzes the reasons for the development dilemma of Baidu tieba,and summarizes the following reasons: first,there are certain deficiencies in the level rules,money incentive measures and the bar owner system issued for users;second,the timeliness,instability and miniaturization of key words and the "building" tradition of tieba bring certain difficulties to the continuous activity of the theme tieba;the third is that there is still something to be improved in the function innovation and improvement of tieba;the fourth is that some business measures of tieba have had a very serious negative impact;the fifth is that the intensified competition in the Internet media market has diverted the attention of some users of tieba,which has led to the data decline of all parties.Finally,based on the cause of the dilemma,the paper puts forward a solution.In general,Baidu tieba should constantly consolidate its development foundation through more refined operation,and at the same time,it should enhance its market competitiveness by expanding cooperation.In addition,it needs to expand its profit model according to its own characteristics.
