| With the development and application of new technologies such as mobile communications,Internet of Things,and big data.Since 2008,the concepts of smart earth,smart city,and smart scenic area have been born.The concept of smart scenic spots has added new connotation to the construction of scenic spots.It is a leap forward based on digital scenic spots and represents a new direction of scenic spots.Under this background,how to effectively improve the management and operation efficiency of scenic spots and the service quality of scenic spots to tourists,and then strengthen the competitiveness of the entire scenic spot is the key to the construction of scenic spots.This topic comes from the Liangzhu Smart Tourism Project in the overall solution of the smart tourism scenic spot in deep cooperation between Kangaroo Cloud and Alibaba Cloud.Taking Liangzhu Scenic Area as the main body of design,the research is conducted from various aspects such as design process,interactive design,visual design,etc.,aiming to realize the intelligent analysis of historical data while anticipating the intelligent management and control of the scenic area by building a smart scenic area intelligent management platform Forecast future data such as passenger flow and vehicle flow,assist decision-making of scenic spot managers,and provide better services for tourists.In the research of the subject,the author comprehensively uses the literature research method and case comparison method,and guides the design process with user experience elements and usability rules.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Research on the related technologies involved in the project design,which focuses on the relationship between data and charts,and summarizes the use of charts.(2)Based on user experience elements and usability rules,we provide guidance methods for product design.(3)Comparatively analyze the functions,interaction design,and visual design of the current management system and data analysis system to obtain the functional characteristics and design advantages and disadvantages of mainstream competing products.(4)Combining product requirements,design practice based on the design process based on user experience elements and the specific application of usability rules.(5)The usability test of the output design is based on the test plan of "Cognitive Walkthrough",and iterative optimization is performed based on the feedback of the test results.Through the research on the subject,the research results obtained are as follows:(1)The design of the comprehensive management platform of Liangzhu Scenic Area is guided by user experience elements and usability rules,focusing on customer needs and user tasks,which can smoothly promote project research and development and meet the needs of customers and users.Demand,to provide reference for the research and development of similar products.(2)In-depth study of the relationship between data and charts in the project,summarizing the use of charts,and providing guidelines for standard use.(3)Try to use the design process based on user experience elements in the project,aim at different emphasis on functional products and information products in the design process,carry out differentiated design,and provide new ideas for modules with different characteristics. |
