X-ray computed laminography(CL)is suitable for imaging detection of PCB,electronic chip,bio fossil,aircraft wing and other plate-like components.In this paper,an orthogonal linear scanning CL imaging system is studied,and a hierarchical distributed orthogonal linear scanning CL control system with UMAC as the core controller is developed.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)The research of CL imaging theory and image reconstruction algorithm is completed.Based on the theory of linear scan CT imaging,the geometric model of the orthogonal linear scan CL imaging method is established,and the conventional linear scan CL image reconstruction algorithm is analyzed.(2)A control system of a CL experimental platform for orthogonal linear scanning is developed.This paper analyzes the communication and motion control of the components in the experimental system,develops the hardware of the control system,designs the upper computer acquisition control program,and realizes the CL imaging scanning control.(3)The methods of data acquisition,transmission and image correction of flat panel detectors are studied.The data transmission and acquisition control of the flat panel detectors is realized,and the correction methods of dark field correction,bad pixel correction and gain correction are studied.(4)The CL experiment of orthogonal linear scanning is conducted.The scanning experiments of PCB and chip are carried out,and the imaging results of equal angle sampling and equal spacing sampling,different effective scanning angles,FDK and SIRT algorithm are compared;a comparative experiment of linear scanning CL and orthogonal linear scanning CL is carried out,and the results show that the orthogonal linear scanning CL can obtain high resolution in two directions.In this paper,the CL imaging theory of orthogonal linear scanning is studied,the control system of the experimental platform is developed,and the imaging experiment is carried out.The results show the feasibility of CL imaging with orthogonal linear scanning.
