It is widely used of measurement of distributed pressure and contact surface in sports,work,rest,rehabilitation and industrial measurement.Especially in the early rehabilitation training process of stroke patients,it is significant to monitor the impedance response.For example,it can be used in monitoring the asymmetry of pressure on the healthy side and the affected side and the influence of foot type on hemiplegic patients when practicing sitting standing(STS)and balance rehabilitation training.Quantitative analysis of pressure distribution can be used in gait evaluation,which providing data support for the rehabilitation of exoskeleton.Therefore,this paper designs a special sensor system,which integrates force,displacement and impedance sensors,for rehabilitation of human.The distributed flexible force position sensing device proposed in this paper has the following advantages:(1)Aiming at solving the problem that the traditional distributed sensor can only obtain the force information,but can rarely obtain the shape information of the contact surface at the same time,his paper proposes a sensor system based on soft magnetic.By measuring the force applied on the flexible surface,the elastomer deforms,and then the hall sensor senses the change of the magnetic field.At the same time,it obtains Take the pressure and deformation information;(2)At present,most of the distributed sensors are rigid sensors,while in many scenes such as rehabilitation training,in addition to meeting the rigid demand,they also need to have curved surface adaptability.The distributed force and position sensors based on flexible materials designed in this paper have strong universality;(3)The current general equipment components are often highly integrated,once there are problems,expensive equipment It must be scrapped.The sensor platform proposed in this paper adopts the modular design idea,which has strong replaceability and can greatly reduce the maintenance cost.Specifically,firstly,the distributed flexible force position sensor model is studied and analyzed.The distributed force and position sensor model is established,and the layout of distributed sensors is optimized by means of simulation and numerical calculation.On this basis,the modular design idea is proposed to complete the structural design of the distributed flexible force and position sensor platform,including the shape,size and material selection of the sensor.The prototype design of distributed flexible force position sensor is completed,including distributed flexible force position measurement platform,data acquisition hardware and upper computer software system.Then,the performance of the distributed flexible force position sensor is tested.It includes static performance calibration of force position sensor,flexible sensor module and distributed force position measurement experiment.In the process of compression experiment,the force and deformation are read out simultaneously and compared with the real pressure value;then the compression experiment is carried out on the distributed measurement platform,the results show that the sensor designed in this paper can obtain the distributed force and position information at the same time.
