Research On Hacker Economic Governance Under The Internet Background

hackers are parasitic products of the computer,because of the interest driven and derived hacker economy.With the rapid popularization and extensive coverage of the Internet,the scope of the hacker economy has been expanding,penetrating into the national economy and every aspect of daily life;The overall scale keeps growing and becomes an important part of the network economy.The increasingly rigorous organizational system has formed a global industrial chain with clear division of labor and tight organization.The social influence is becoming more and more prominent,which poses direct risks to individual network users and national security.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature analysis,comparative analysis,historical research and case analysis.Firstly,it makes a systematic review of the development context of hacker economy,scientifically identifies the characteristics of hacker economy,and considers that it is urgent to strengthen the governance of hacker economy.Then,it makes a comprehensive scan of the development status of the hacker economy,summarizes the intelligence,concealment,transnational and other characteristics of the hacker economy,and points out that there are obvious problems in the governance of the hacker economy,such as laws and regulations acting on their own,insufficient technical sharing,limited ethical restriction effect,and narrow international cooperation space.Then,the author makes a creative classification and comprehensive comparative analysis of the hacker economic governance model of major countries in the world.Finally,combined with the global difficulties and challenges,the author puts forward the comprehensive advices and optimization strategies of hacker economic governance.
